Entrants must be aged 18 years or older on the date of
their entry.

To qualify all entries must be received by 11:59pm on the 31st of December 2024

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to be bound these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. "The Promoter" is Lucent Drinks Ltd.

Eligibility to Enter
1. The prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
2. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
4. Each entrant shall enter the competition by signing up to the Promoter’s subscriber list; once subscribed each entrant will remain in the competition until expiry date.
5. The prize draw is free to enter. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
6. The prize draw will include those currently on the Promoter’s mailing list and all new subscribers up to 11:59pm on 31st December 2024. Entries received after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
7. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries, entries which are incomplete or otherwise invalid.
8. Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to enter
9. To enter, simply subscribe to our mailing list via the QR code provided, or directly through our website: https://luxlospirits.com
10. Lucent Drinks Ltd will not accept responsibility if entrant/subscriber contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize
11. Each month, three prizes will be awarded.
12. Each prize will comprise 1 x 70cl bottle of LUXLO Light Spirit Drinks, either from the For Gin Lovers or For Rum Lovers ranges.
13. Winners will be able to select which variant they would like as their prize from either the For Gin Lovers range comprising Original Dry, Blood Orange, Passion Fruit or Pomegranate & Raspberry variants or Island Spiced, Paradise White or Golden Reserve from the For Rum Lovers expressions.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
16. The decision of Lucent Drinks Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding it.

Winner announcement
17. The three monthly prize winners will be drawn at random by The Promoter on the 1st day of each proceeding month.
18. Winners will be notified within 7 days of this date via the email they provided during subscription.
19. The winners agree to having their first name and town of residency posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after they have been selected.

Receipt of the prize
20. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
21. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and the Promoter reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
22. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter as requested to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
23. Once winners have provided their address details to the Promoter, please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize.

Data protection and publicity
24. Prize draw entrants’ consent to any personal information provided in entering the draw to being used by The Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within their privacy notice.
25. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting the promoter at hello@luxlospirits.com
26. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and town of residency to any other prize draw participants if requested via The Promoter.
27. An announcement of the winners first name and town of residency may be made via The Promoter’s website or Social channels
28. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Lucent Drinks Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability
29. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucent Drinks Ltd does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that the Promoter does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

General
30. Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
31. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
32. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
33. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
